Douglas Development has developed long standing relationships with many of the largest regional and national lending institutions and most of the local banking institutions. Currently, Douglas Development has outstanding loans with approximately forty different lenders.

Over the years, DDC has built an impressive track record, successfully closing several hundred different loan transactions. As the market continually changes, DDC is constantly seeking and developing new lending relationships. Over the past two years, DDC has successfully closed on over $1 billon in new transactions.
