Over the past several years, Douglas
Development has earned national recognition for excellence
in mixed-use development. In 1998, Douglas Development
was selected by the
General Services Administration (GSA) for the acquisition,
renovation, and redevelopment of the 800 F Street
Historic Row properties in Washington, DC. After an
extensive competitive bid process, Douglas Development
was chosen over many other highly qualified developers.
GSA’s selection criteria included development
experience, past performance, overall development
concept, financial feasibility, commitment to historic
preservation, and overall best value to the government.
The International Spy Museum has made this building
home in the entire retail portion of the building.
The first and current office tenant occupying this
property is Copeland, Lowery, Jacquez, Denton &
Shockey, LLC.
