Financial Analyst

Douglas Development Corporation is seeking a Financial Analyst: Create cash flow analyses; analyze projections for residential and commercial real estate, using industry knowledge.  Perform portfolio analysis; Evaluate and negotiate escrow payment modifications requested by lenders. Conduct due diligence and financials reviews, research acquisitions as required. Work with financial property management staff, communicate with buyers and sellers to evaluate and process pre and post closing activities. Submit leasing commission, tenant build out, repair and maintenance, real estate tax, insurance and capital funding requests to mortgage/construction lenders. Use tools such as: MS Excel, Timberline, MRI.

Requires: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related analytical field, or the foreign equivalent in education, and two (2) years relevant job experience in Real Estate Industry.
