Development Corp., today announced its latest prescription
for success. The Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers
of America has signed a 67,735-square-foot lease at
the Atlantic Building, a ten-story, 280,000-square-foot
office and retail project in Washington, D.C., which
Carr expects to complete by the first quarter of 2006.
